Die Auktion wurde zur letzten Hommage an die erfolgreiche T\u00e4tigkeit der Galerie Contact!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die Kombination zwischen einem umfangreichen, qualit\u00e4tvollen und seltenen Angebot \u00f6sterreichischer Kunst aus sechs Jahrzehnten und auffallend nieder angesetzten Sch\u00e4tzpreisen im Katalog f\u00fchrte zu gro\u00dfem Interesse im Vorfeld, einem \u00fcbervollen Auktionssaal und zahlreichen Auftr\u00e4gen am Telefon, schriftlich und nat\u00fcrlich online. Nach mehr als vier Stunden wurden 100% des Angebotes verkauft und die Sch\u00e4tzpreise mit einem Gesamtergebnis nach Meistbot von \u20ac 865.000 (\u20ac 1,080.000 Mio) mehr als verdoppelt. Viele Objekte verdreifachten und vervierfachten sogar ihren Wert, wie die Figuren von Herbert Albrecht, Franz Ringel oder von Gottfried Fabian und setzten neue Marktpreise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Welt-Rekordpreise konnten f\u00fcr Martha Jungwirth und Hans Staudacher erzielt werden, beide Male f\u00fcr Spitzenwerke aus den Oeuvres der Maler: Jungwirths \u201eGro\u00dfer Narzi\u00df\u201c von 1991, ein Farbenrausch voll Impulsivit\u00e4t und Dynamik und Staudachers monumentale tachistische Arbeit kletterten beide von \u20ac 15.000 auf \u20ac 50.000 (KP \u20ac 63.000) hinauf! Kein Nachteil f\u00fcr den Marktwert brachte auch die Menge der angebotenen Arbeiten von Hans Staudacher, einem engen Wegbegleiter und Freund der Galeristin. Im Gegenteil, eher f\u00f6rderte das vielf\u00e4ltige und g\u00fcnstige Angebot die Aufmerksamkeit und verlockte zu Steigerungen. Teil der Auktion fanden ebenso breites Interesse. Alfred Hrdlickas Boxer Bronze erh\u00f6hte den Preis auf \u20ac 65.000 (KP \u20ac 81.900), die Serie der Doku-St\u00fchle von Franz West gingen alle bis auf \u20ac 10.000 (KP \u20ac 12.600) bzw. \u20ac 11.000 (KP \u20ac 13.800), seine Collage von 1981 steigerte sich sogar auf ph\u00e4nomenale \u20ac 70.000 (KP \u20ac 88.200) und Tom Wesselmanns Great American Nude kannte erst bei \u20ac 90.000 (KP \u20ac 113.400) seine Grenzen. Das Spitzenlos der Auktion aber war wie zu erwarten Fritz Wotrubas Gro\u00dfe liegende Figur: \u20ac 200.000 (KP \u20ac 252.000) war diese beeindruckende Skulptur von 1951 dem Bieter wert. Insgesamt erzielte die Auktion eine Summe von brutto \u20ac 2.064.699 exklusive Folgerecht.
