Ausgangspunkt in ihrer ersten institutionellen Einzelausstellung in Wien ist die Fortsetzung des von der K\u00fcnstlerin aus ihrer Diplompr\u00e4sentation aufgegriffenen Zitats eines Textfragments Beatriz Colominas, (das gleichzeitig auch den Titel der Ausstellung darstellt) \u2013 \u201eRemarkably, she is facing the wall. She Is almost an attachement to the wall. She sees nothing\u201c. Neue feministische Genealogien und kunstgeschichtliche Re-Kontextualisierungen kommen dabei zum Tragen. Dabei werden die Parameter der Arbeitsweise und Besch\u00e4ftigungs- sowie Inspirationspunkte der K\u00fcnstlerin sehr schnell klar: Raum \u2013 Akteurinnen \u2013 Zeichnung. In den Arbeiten Durals spielt Raumwahrneh-mung in der Ausstellungskonzeption, sowie das Zeichnen als Notwendigkeit produktiven Tuns eine gro\u00dfe Rolle. So wie sie den Raum vom Papier auf den eigentlichen Ausstellungsraum holt, wechseln ihre Arbeiten in der Pr\u00e4sentation den Zustand von zweidimensionaler Zeichnung zu Objektfront, so wie auch umgekehrt Skulpturen im Raum f\u00fcr die K\u00fcnstlerin als Grafik funktionieren k\u00f6nnen. Sie stellt das reziproke Moment des Abarbeitens und der hybridhaften Grafik einem dritten Moment gegen\u00fcber, das diese drei Parameter widerspiegeln soll. Kuratiert von Marie Oucherif.
