Mai 2017 setzte gleich zu Beginn der Dorotheum-Auktions-woche ein kr\u00e4ftiges Zeichen. Mit hoher Verkaufsrate und Spitzen-ergebnissen wechselten die Kunst-werke die Besitzer. Besonders bei der \u00f6sterreichischen Kunst konnte das Dorotheum ausgezeichnete Verkaufserfolge verbuchen. So wurden Gem\u00e4lde von Carl Moll (Praterszene, \u20ac 247.000), Alfons Walde (\u201eIn Tirol\u201c, \u20ac 198.200) und Albin Egger-Lienz (\u201eRuhender Hirte\u201c, \u20ac 186.000) weit \u00fcber ihren Sch\u00e4tzwerten versteigert. Den h\u00f6chsten Preis des Abends erzielte eine Skulptur des ital-ienischen Bildhauers Marino Marini, bekannt f\u00fcr seine Reiter- und Pferdedarstellungen, mit der der K\u00fcnstler \u201eder menschlichen Leidenschaft eine Form geben\u201c wollte. Der bizarre, beinahe vom Pferd fallende Reiter \u201ePiccolo Miracolo\u201c (dt. \u201eKleines Wunder\u201c) schaffte es auf wundervolle 405.600 Euro.
