Oktober startet in Wien die erste Ausgabe der FAIR FOR ART Vienna. Messe-Veranstalter Horst Szaal: \u201eDieses neue Messeformat ist f\u00fcr mich eine interessante und spannende Herausforderung zu den anderen von uns veranstalteten Kunst-messen, die bereits seit Jahr-zehnten in \u00d6sterreich erfolgreich etabliert sind. Das Messekonzept sieht ein kontrastreiches Spannungsfeld zwischen tradi-tioneller und zeitgen\u00f6ssischer Kunst vor \u2013 ein r\u00e4umlich gegliedertes, qualit\u00e4tsvolles Kunstangebot f\u00fcr alle.\u201c Diesem Konzept haben sich mittlerweile 50 Aussteller \u2013 die reno-mmiertesten des \u00f6sterreichischen Kunsthandels, zukunftsweisende Galerien und internationale Fachexperten aus Deutschland, den Niederlanden und der Schweiz \u2013 angeschlossen. Als perfekten Veranstaltungsort wurde eine nur wenige Schritte vom Stephansdom entfernte Top- Location gefunden \u2013 die Aula der Wissenschaften. Dieses im 17. Jahrhundert errichtete Geb\u00e4ude beherbergte urspr\u00fcnglich die H\u00f6rs\u00e4le der Universit\u00e4t, das Jesuitentheater, die Wiener Zeitung und die \u00f6sterreichische Staatsdruckerei. Heute bietet die generalsanierte Aula der Wissenschaften eine fast 3.000 m\u00b2 gro\u00dfe Ausstellungsfl\u00e4che, die mit ihren S\u00e4ulen und Gew\u00f6lben in Kombination mit transparenten Glasfl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr diese innovative Kunstmesse ideal ist. So findet die traditionelle Kunst ihren ad\u00e4quaten Rahmen im gro\u00dfen Saal des ehemaligen Jesuitentheaters mit seinem imposanten Deckenfresko. Hier erwarten den Besucher museale Exponate aus verschiedensten Epochen und Sammelgebieten. Und neben Exponaten aus der Zeit des Jugendstils und Art Deco in der Aula Lounge ist in der prachtvollen S\u00e4ulenhalle der modernen und zeitgen\u00f6ssischen Kunst ein weiterer gro\u00dfer
