Im April 2016 er\u00f6ffnete der mehrfache documenta-Teilnehmer seine Skulpturenhalle in Neuss \u2013 der Ausstellungsraum dient der Pr\u00e4sentation zeitgen\u00f6ssischer Skulptur und als Lager seiner eigenen Werke. Zu Sch\u00fcttes k\u00fcnstlerischen Schwerpunkten geh\u00f6ren zudem Aquarelle, Zeichnungen und Modelle sowie Installationen wie etwa die Bibliothek (2014\/2017), ein Modell in Originalma\u00dfstab, das im Erdgeschoss des Kunsthaus Bregenz pr\u00e4sentiert wird. Die wichtigste Werkgruppe bilden seine Skulpturen. Meist finden sie ihren Ausgang in kleinen Wachs- oder Tonmodellen. Sie werden in gro\u00dfen Formaten \u2013 bis zu sechs Meter hoch \u2013 in Bronze oder Stahl gegossen. Sch\u00fcttes Serie Mann im Wind I\u2013III (2018), die in Bregenz zu sehen sein wird, oder die monumentale Bronze Mann mit Fahne (2018), sind Zeugnisse seines skulpturalen Schaffens. Anl\u00e4sslich der Sommerausstellung von Thomas Sch\u00fctte im Kunsthaus Bregenz werden seine Werke nicht nur im KUB, sondern an verschiedenen Orten im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum in Bregenz pr\u00e4sentiert. Wie zum Beispiel ein Wasserdampf schnaubender Hund aus patinierter Bronze auf dem Karl-Tizian-Platz vor dem Kunsthaus Bregenz. Dauer der Ausstellung: 13. Juli bis 6.
