Die YAA steht seit jeher f\u00fcr professionell kuratierte junge Kunst und bietet SammlerInnen eine einzigartige M\u00f6glichkeit, junge Kunst fr\u00fch zu entdecken und zu f\u00f6rdern. Gro\u00dfe Freude bei allen Mitwirkenden: Zur Feier der zehnten YAA konnte die halbe Million Euro-Grenze geknackt werden. Bereits zum zehnten Mal kamen am 10. September 2015 im Rahmen der YOUNG ART AUCTION sorgf\u00e4ltig ausgew\u00e4hlte, junge Kunstwerke besonderer Nachwuchsk\u00fcnstlerInnen unter den Hammer. Sotheby\u2019s \u00d6sterreich Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin, Andrea Jungmann f\u00fchrte die Auktion in gewohnt charmanter Manier durch und animierte die zahlreichen G\u00e4ste aus Kunst und Wirtschaft zum Bieten. Insgesamt 43 Werke wurden im Zuge der spannenden Auktion angeboten. Das Kunstwerk, das den h\u00f6chsten Hammerpreis erzielen konnte, kam in diesem Jahr von Clemens Wolf. 6.100 Euro wurden mit \u201ethe other side of the rainbow\u201c erzielt. Am meisten Bieter gab es beim Kunstwerk von Julian Palacz\u2019 \u201ePrime Entanglement 137\u201c, das bei einem Rufpreis von nur 450 Euro, um 2.000 Euro verkauft wurde. Damit wurde an dem Abend ein Umsatz von \u00fcber 50.000 Euro erzielt. Seit der ersten Auktion konnten bis dato 394 Kunstwerke versteigert und rund 530.000 Euro eingespielt werden. Die YOUNG ART AUCTION bietet von Beginn an, besonders herausragenden jungen K\u00fcnstlerInnen eine tolle Pr\u00e4sentationsfl\u00e4che. Die Nachwuchs-K\u00fcnstlerinnen und K\u00fcnstler profitieren vor allem vom Engagement und der hohen Aufmerksamkeit f\u00fcr die YAA. Besonders ist auch, dass beim j\u00e4hrlichen Auktionsabend 80 Prozent der erzielten Hammerpreise direkt an die K\u00fcnstlerInnen gehen. Kunst als Investmentform gewinnt zusehends an Beliebtheit und der Markt f\u00fcr zeitgen\u00f6ssische Kunst ist in den letzten Jahren stark gewachsen. Ein gro\u00dfes Anliegen der YAA ist es, eine Verbindung zwischen Kunst und Wirtschaft zu schaffen und jungen K\u00fcnstlerInnen einen Einstieg in den Kunstmarkt zu erleichtern.
